Sunday Worship Services
From mid-September to the end of May we offer two services at 9:30 am and 11 am. Through the summer one service is offered at 10:00 am. We believe worship is an act of community. As a result, when we gather to worship, we seek to use a wide variety of styles and approaches to both music and spoken worship. This means the music varies from more traditional to newer expressions of praise and it varies in styles appealing to many differing tastes, but always seeking to honour God, the object of our praise.
Sunday Morning Adult Education
There are a variety of adult education classes offered on Sunday mornings during both services. Classes run for either six or twelve weeks. These classes cover a variety of topics and themes ranging from exploring scripture, to exploring how we live out our faith in the world. The format is designed to provide an opportunity for education and worship for all adults while their children are serviced by the children's programs. It is our intention that everyone who serves in a teaching or leading capacity during one service will attend the other service.
The Book Patch
We invite you to check out the different resources in our Book Patch located in the Frank Patch Wing. With a wide variety of current resources including DVD's, CD's, Books, Magazines, and reference materials this is an excellent place to come on a Sunday morning. Feel free to grab a coffee and sit down and visit with someone for a while.
Children
We have infant and toddler programs for children during each service. Pagers are provided to allow us to contact parents if they are needed. The 9:30 a.m. service has children being dismissed from the service to our Trinity Kids program for ages 6 to grade 6. During the first service we also run our Promiseland Jr. program for ages 3-5. During the 11 a.m. service our Promiseland program runs for the whole service for children age 4 to grade 6 with Promiseland Jr. running for children age 3. Our children's program aim is to connect children to God, to each other, and to the church in a safe and loving environment. Family
Between our two worship services we invite families to come downstairs to the Fellowship Hall to join together for an informal family worship time. Periodically throughout the year we will use this time to teach families how to make faith a part of their homes.
Students
During the 9:30 am service the youth gather downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. During this time our grade 7 and 8 students enjoy their GAP Small Groups. For students in Grade 9 - 12 they can either serve in ministry, be a part of a youth Sunday school class, or join in with one of the Education classes for adults.
