Missions
Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.
-Mark 16:15
At Trinity we understand “missions” to be our response to The Great Commission – Jesus’ command to his followers to go out and make disciples of all nations- as found in Matthew and Mark’s gospels. We want to share the good news with those we encounter in life so that they will know about the God who loves them. We want to live and talk in such a way that others are drawn into the story of the God who loves them, and we want to invite them to join us on a journey of discipleship or spiritual pilgrimage. The scope of our mission begins right where we are and extends as far as our reach – pretty distant in today’s technological world of instant connection! At Trinity, we have chosen to share the good news in Mexico by sending groups out to work in an orphanage on the Baja peninsula, and in the Czech Republic and Kenya by actively supporting two families who have chosen to live in these countries.
