This is the main fundraiser for our trip so if you had been planning to donate towards the $10000 dollar cost for the two houses we are building, this is the place to be!
Baby shower for Chelsea, Emi, Cruz & Leo
Lets celebrate the arrival of these three little miracles and their amazing Mom! Please join us today at 2:30pm here in the Fireside Room. Bring a package of diapers (size 1 or 2) and be entered into a draw! If your last name begins with A-L, please bring something sweet; M-Z bring something savory. If you contributed to the group gift, please come to the counter and sign the card!
Community Care Offering
Next Sunday, May 3th, we will collect the community care offering. This month’s Community Care Offering is designated to go to the friendship group. Friendship Ministries is a
not-for-profit organization that exists to help churches and organizations around the world share God’s love with people who have intellectual disability. Their Mission is to enable them to become an active part of God’s family. We are endeavoring to raise $1500 for their work. If we exceed $1500,
any excess will be redirected into our Community Care Fund to
assist other needy individuals or mission partners.
The prayer room is open all the time! If you would like to come at a time that the offices are closed, please call the office to arrange to have it open for you!
We would really encourage you to spend some time and be part of what God is stirring us to become. Come during the day or in the evening. Come before work…or after. Bring your spouse…or your children, or your grandchildren! Drag your small group along! Get together with a friend or just come on your own and rest in the tranquility of spending time alone with God.

ADVENTURE DAY CAMPS UPDATE!
I’m so excited! And I just can’t hide it. I’m about to lose control and I think I like it! God has been good to us! I have now hired two university students for the summer to run our Adventure Day Camps and help us out for the summer. They are looking forward to meeting and working with all of our volunteers for camps. If you would like to be a leader during a week of camp, please pick up a Volunteer Information form at the info desk, fill it out, and hand it back to Darlene. Starting in June, we will be getting together to train, plan and have fun. Want to know more? Talk to Darlene!
